What is a QR code queue?

A QR code queue is a waitlist a guest joins by scanning a printed code. The code opens your restaurant’s join page in the phone browser, and the party appears on your host list.

Do guests need an app?

No. The phone camera opens the join page in the browser. There is no app to install and no guest account.

What do guests type?

A name and a phone number, plus an optional note. Party size starts at 2 until you change it on the host list.

How do they know the table is ready?

WhatsApp. On Pro, the welcome and the ready message can send automatically, each with the guest’s personal link. On Free, you send WhatsApp from the host list. Two-way SMS is still on the way for Pro.

Can the host add someone who will not scan?

Yes. Type the name, phone, and party size yourself. Guests with no phone stay on the list and you call them by name.

What does a QR code queue cost?

Free is $0 for one location, the digital waitlist, manual WhatsApp, and up to 50 parties a day. Pro is $30 a month, or $24 a month billed annually, and adds automatic WhatsApp, reservations, tables, analytics, and unlimited locations.
