  • Digital queue

The live waitlist. People join from a phone, and staff see who is next.

  • Reservations

A booked exam and a walk-in share one list.

  • Room management

Call the next patient when the exam room or pickup counter is free.

The line

The showroom should not be the queue.

  • Exam and pickup share a pad

Someone waiting for lenses is mixed up with someone waiting for the doctor.

  • They ask at the frame wall

The desk repeats the wait while fitting someone else.

  • The room opens

The next patient is still browsing because nobody texted.

On the list

What the vision list does.

  • Digital queue

One location, one live list. A note can say exam or pickup.

  • QR and link check-in

Patients join in the browser. The desk can add them by hand.

  • WhatsApp updates

WhatsApp sends the update. Two-way SMS is not live yet.

  • Reservations

Booked exams and walk-ins share the list.

  • Room management

This is the waiting list. Exams, prescriptions, and records stay in your clinical system.

  • Service numbers

Walk-ins, average wait, and Saturday rushes. You can see how the line ran.

People can join from a printed code. See the QR code queue. The same product runs the restaurant waitlist.

Questions from the optical desk.

Can pickup and exams be one list?
