Urgent care

A walk-in list for the urgent care desk.

Patients join from their phone. The desk sees who is next, and WhatsApp goes out when a room is ready.

Waitlist runs the line at the desk. It does not provide medical care or decide who is seen first clinically.

  • Digital queue

The live waitlist. People join from a phone, and staff see who is next.

  • Reservations

A scheduled visit and a walk-in can share the room list.

  • Room management

Call the next patient when a room opens. Staff still choose the order.

The line

The waiting room should not be the queue.

  • The sign-in sheet falls behind

Names pile up while the desk is still on the phone.

  • People ask from the chairs

The same wait question interrupts intake.

  • A room opens

The next name is on paper at the other end of the desk.

How it works

From the door to the room.

  1. 01

    They join

They scan the QR or the desk adds them. Name and phone land on the list.

  2. 02

    They sit down

Their link shows their place, so they stop asking the desk for an update.

  3. 03

    You call them

WhatsApp goes out when it is their turn. Staff still decide the order.

On the list

What the desk list does.

  • Digital queue

See who is waiting and how long they have been on the list. Staff choose who is next.

  • QR and link check-in

Join in the browser. Add a patient by hand when they cannot use a phone.

  • WhatsApp updates

WhatsApp sends the update. Two-way SMS is not live yet.

  • Reservations

Scheduled visits and walk-ins can share one list. Clinical triage stays with your staff.

  • Room management

The list is a waiting list. It does not chart, diagnose, or replace your intake process.

  • Service numbers

Walk-ins, average wait, and peak hours. You can see how the line ran.

People can join from a printed code. See the QR code queue. The same product runs the restaurant waitlist.

FAQ

Questions from the front desk.

Does this decide medical priority?

No. Your staff set the order. The list only shows who is waiting and sends the message you choose.

Is this a medical record?

No. It stores the name, phone, and place in line for the visit.

Give the desk one list.

Start for one location. The list does not replace clinical judgment.
