A barber waitlist for the walk-in chair.

Clients join from the sidewalk or the QR at the door. You see who is next, and WhatsApp goes out when a chair opens.

  • Digital queue

The live waitlist. People join from a phone, and staff see who is next.

  • Reservations

A booked cut and a walk-in share the same chair list.

  • Chair management

The next cut goes to the open chair, in list order.

The line

The shop should not be a standing line.

  • First come is a guess

Three people walk in together and the chair order turns into an argument.

  • They wait on the sidewalk

Nobody knows if they are still next, so they keep opening the door.

  • A chair frees up

The barber is ready and the next client is two blocks away with no message.

How it works

From the door to the chair.

  1. 01

    They join

Scan the QR or get added at the desk. Name and phone hit the list.

  2. 02

    They leave the doorway

Their link shows their place, so they can wait nearby.

  3. 03

    The chair is theirs

WhatsApp goes out when the barber is ready.

On the list

What the barber list does.

  • Digital queue

See the line, the wait, and who has been standing the longest.

  • QR and link check-in

No app download. The join page opens in the phone browser.

  • WhatsApp updates

WhatsApp sends the update. Two-way SMS is not live yet.

  • Reservations

A booked cut and a walk-in stay on one list.

  • Chair management

The next client is a row on the list, not a name shouted across the shop.

  • Service numbers

Walk-ins, average wait, and Saturday peaks. You can see how the line ran.

People can join from a printed code. See the QR code queue. The same product runs the restaurant waitlist.
